Meet Our Staff
At Bloom, our staff is our priority. We want Bloom to be a place where everyone feels accepted for who they are and empowered to reach all of their dreams. We want to have a place that is supportive, loving and respectful of boundaries.
Work/life balance for our staff is so important to us. Our employees work HARD and we want them to leave and be PRESENT in their lives. To be there with their kids, to travel the world, to read a good book, to spend time with friends and family – these things will fill our lives with so much purpose.
We know the importance of filling our cup with all of life’s joys before being able to give what we can to work.

OUR TEAM PHILOSOPHY
Support each other in any way we can.
We aren’t going to have it all together in every moment. Someone on the team is going to need a little extra support at any given time. When we see a team member struggling, we step up to give them a hand and they do the same for us when we need it.
